Introduction
Dandelum is a platform operated by Dandelum Services, where Users can book online courses and webinars on spiritual and lifestyle-related topics and receive spiritual and lifestyle consultations via voice or video call (collectively the “Services”). The Services are rendered by spiritual and lifestyle advisors (the “Advisors”).
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT SUICIDE OR IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING TAKING ACTIONS THAT MAY CAUSE HARM TO YOU OR OTHERS, OR IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON MAY BE IN DANGER, OR IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL EMERGENCY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CALL THE EMERGENCY SERVICE NUMBER AND NOTIFY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES.
Please read these customer terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement applies to your access and use of the Dandelum website (the “Platform”) and any content that is downloaded from or appears on the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform/Services, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions described in the Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may not use the Platform/Services. The term “you” refers to the individual user of the Platform/Services (the “User”).
Acceptable Use
By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you acknowledge and warrant the following:
– You are at least 18 years old.
– The information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it up to date.
– You agree to provide the necessary minimum information for the provision of the Services.
– You agree not to use the Platform/Services for illegal purposes.
– You undertake not to obstruct the operation of the Platform using malicious software or in any other way that could damage the Platform.
– You agree not to try obtaining information about other Users of the Platform.
– Before exchanging files within the Platform/Services, you agree to independently check them for viruses.
– Dandelum reserves the right to stop the exchange of any information between the Users of the Platform/Services and/or remove any content uploaded by the User.
User Rights
– The User has the right to forbid Dandelum from processing their personal information for marketing purposes.
– The User can request an update of their personal information and has the right to request that all information about them stored on the Dandelum servers be deleted by contacting Dandelum via e-mail or through the contact form on https://dandelum.com/contact-us.
Fees and Payments
– Fees for Services can be paid via the payment methods offered on the Platform. You agree to abide by the agreed pricing terms and pay all Dandelum fees for the Services rendered.
– You directly authorize the payment of all commissions for each transaction that occurs under your account.
– Any credit purchased by a User that has not been used will be nullified after six months.
– Dandelum reserves the right to refuse to provide the Services to the User, returning the paid amount in any convenient way.
Privacy

Refund Policy
– Our policy is to accept refund requests on prepaid amounts available in the User account.
– To start this process, please contact our customer support. You will need to verify your username or e-mail address and password to validate your account with customer support.
– Upon receipt of your request, unused prepaid amounts will be debited from your customer account and credited to the originating payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If requested, we will provide confirmation of receipt.
– We reserve the right to terminate a transaction in order to fulfill regulations of credit card institutes, payment processors, and banks, or to comply with legal requirements.
Modification and Termination of Services
– Dandelum reserves the right to make any temporary and/or permanent changes to the Platform/Services with or without notice to the User and shall not be liable for such changes.
– Dandelum reserves the right to stop providing Services to the User at any time without giving reasons.
Third-Party Websites
– Dandelum may use third-party resources, though Dandelum does not have control over their operations.
– The Platform/Services may contain links to third-party resources, advertisements, special offers, or other events that are not owned or controlled by Dandelum. Dandelum is not responsible for information or services offered by third parties. By using third-party services, the User assumes any responsibility for possible risks and indemnifies Dandelum from any liability.
Intellectual Property
– Dandelum grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform/Services.
Limitations of Liability
You agree that under no circumstances will Dandelum be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or actual damages related to:
– The accuracy, completeness, or content of the Platform/Services;
– The accuracy, completeness, or content of third-party services;
– Any loss or damage related to unauthorized access, technical issues, or the use of third-party resources;
– Following the advice of an Advisor;
– Any malicious software transmitted through third-party resources.
The foregoing limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Dandelum from any damages or claims related to:
– Your violation of the Terms of Use;
– Your refusal to pay for Services;
– Posting inappropriate content.
International Use
Use of the Platform/Services in areas where the content provided is considered illegal is prohibited. The User is responsible for compliance with local laws.
Disclaimer
– Dandelum does not guarantee the accuracy or success of any responses or recommendations provided through the Services. The Platform is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes.
– Dandelum disclaims any warranties and is not responsible for the qualifications of Advisors.
– You agree that any use of the answers and recommendations received from Advisors is at your own risk, and Dandelum is not liable for any damages resulting from such use.
Miscellaneous
– Dandelum may notify the User about changes in the Terms of Use via e-mail, regular mail, or posting on the Platform.
– The User may not transfer rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior consent from Dandelum.
– The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Dandelum and the User.
– If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
